Q: What is the difference between Covered Goods™ and other nursing covers?
A: Covered Goods™ nursing covers provide true all over coverage front and back. While most competitors only cover your front and sides, you will have no fear of being exposed with your Covered Goods™ nursing cover! Our covers are multi-use; they can be used as a car seat cover, shopping cart barrier, and a scarf! Covered Goods does not have any straps or rings to complicate putting on or taking off your cover. The comfortable, stretchy material will allow movement and provide access at all times to peek in on your little one when you please. The flexible neck doesn’t remain open for passing observers to sneak a peek! The covers also fold up very small for storage without any special instruction or worry of ruining them.

 
Q: Where are Covered Goods manufactured?
A: Covered Goods™ multi-use nursing covers are hand cut and hand sewn locally in the Los Angeles area to help support our economy and to ensure a quality product.
 

Q: What size is the nursing cover?
A: One size fits most. Our covers are 64" in circumference at the bottom with a contoured neckline. The measurements do not account for stretch.


Q: What are Covered Goods made of?
A: All of our fabric is special order from the mill. Our Original blend covers are a high-quality rayon spandex. Our Buttery Soft Touch blend covers are high quality brushed polyester spandex. Covered Goods are so soft and lightweight, yet not see through, with the perfect amount of stretch.


Q: How do I wash my cover?
A: The care instructions are to machine wash cold and tumble dry on low heat. Although with any garment, hang drying will keep your product looking newer longer.

Q: How do I return or exchange my cover?
A. During the holiday season, we’re extending our return and exchange policy to 90 days. Any new, unworn/unwashed product purchased from coveredgoods.com may be returned. Please follow this process:
-Contact our customer service rep at info@coveredgoods.com with your order number and reason for return/ exchange to receive
our mailing address.
-Mail your cover to the address provided. Include the purchaser's name, order number, and your new color choice with the package and reason for return. We suggest purchasing tracking and or insurance as we will not be liable for the product not received.

Please Note:
The purchase price less the shipping charges will be refunded to the purchaser's card upon receipt of the item in new, unworn/unwashed condition. If this was a gift and you would like store credit instead, please contact our Customer Service Representative. info@coveredgoods.com


Q: What is your warranty policy?
A. In the rare case of workmanship or material defects, a replacement will be granted within 30 days of review. Please email photos of the defects and order number to our customer service representative at info@coveredgoods.comrges.


Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A: Orders ship within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship via USPS and the estimated time for shipping is 3-5 business days for first class mail and 1-3 days for priority mail.

 
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do offer worldwide shipping. Please note that the ship-to recipient will be responsible for the price of shipping plus any taxes or customs duties incurred. For questions regarding customs fees, we suggest contacting your local government. *All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.


Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! When your order is processed, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Q: Does my package have insurance? 
A: All packages are sent through USPS, they do not provide insurance on first class packages. All priority shipping methods are insured through USPS.
